The Second Binding Engine is a private internal application used by The Second Binding to manage its own eBay seller account, inventory and related business records.
When authorised through eBay, the application may access information associated with The Second Binding's own eBay seller account, including listings, item identifiers, SKUs, titles, prices, quantities, order or sales information, and other account data required for inventory management, reconciliation and reporting.
Information accessed through eBay is used only for legitimate internal business purposes, including stock management, listing monitoring, sales reporting, pricing analysis and reconciliation.
The Second Binding does not sell eBay user data or use it for advertising. Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the application, comply with legal obligations, or comply with eBay's developer requirements.
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable business or legal record-keeping requirements. The application supports eBay's marketplace account deletion and closure notification process and will handle applicable deletion requests in accordance with eBay requirements and applicable law.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect credentials and information processed by the application.
